The Management of MECANIZADOS INAHER, S.L., a company whose activity is the «Design, manufacturing and modification of cutting tools of both steel and hard metal», has established that the whole Company pursues the following strategy:

1.- The firm commitment in the production of its products and to achieve customer satisfaction regarding the requirements specified in the contract, the project, the applicable regulations and their needs or expectations which, once determined, the organisation converts into requirements to be fulfilled and thus, having detected the opportunities for improvement, increase the satisfaction of the customer and the interested parties.

2.- To adapt the organisation according to the processes and procedures that are determined by the requirements of International Standard ISO9001:2015 so as to implement, maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of a quality management system.

3.- To ensure that the necessary human resources, infrastructures and working environments are available, both in the office and in the workshop, with the necessary qualifications and capacity to achieve product conformity.

4.- To make all the organisation’s personnel aware of the importance of improving and demonstrating to clients the firm commitment to quality, for which this policy is set out with the level of dissemination that ensures it.

5- Establish a reference framework with the processes and procedures for achieving and reviewing the quality objectives on an annual basis.

6- To review this policy for its continuous adaptation so that we aim for continuous improvement.

The success of this strategy depends on everyone’s collaboration, which will have a positive impact on the company’s consolidation and workplaces.

Management fully supports this programme and is committed to maintaining an attitude of continuous improvement, providing the necessary technical and human resources and working against objectives, according to the requirements of the standard.
